Galatians 5:22-26 (HCSB)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, we must also follow the Spirit. 26 We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

Fruit–We all have our favorite. God determines a more satisfying list of fruits–fruits of the Spirit.Fruits within our “living goals”. His type of all-inclusive fruit: love, joy, peace, and many more. No one objects to being guided within the bounds of these “fruits”. If someone cares for us in these ways and we care for them in like manner, who would object? Who would or could object? Paul says to “keep instep” with the Spirit’s guidance and do so within the guidelines of these BASIC actions. He closes by saying "don’t be conceited;" but, be totally satisfied within the “caring arms” of a loving God.
