Questions for the Week

1.  Why is it important for Christians to study the Old Testament? What are potential problems if we ignore it? What are potential blessings if we study it?

2.  Imagine yourself as a Jew that lived during the OT sacrificial system. How would the     continuous need for sacrifice and offerings make you feel? How does the Old Testament law   help us see our sin? How would it prepare you for the grace that comes through Jesus?

3. Can you put the idea of justification in your own words? How would you describe adoption? In relation to Jesus, how are they different? How do these two ideas change how you approach your relationship with Jesus?
