12 Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,13 accepting one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive. 14 Above all, put on love—the perfect bond of unity.

How do we act? What do we talk about? Our conversations speak a lot to what we care most about. I love to bowl, and if you ask me about it you may get an unwanted history lesson on the sport of bowling. We all have things we are passionate about. But, I highly doubt that you would want to sit and hear a super detailed conversation about bowling. Think about that as a church body. We all have different gifts, different talents and passions. Sometimes we have passions that are different, and the ways we do things can cause strife, but our goal should be to do things in love. Just because someone has a different idea doesn’t mean they are against you. There are many different parts to a car, and in unison they work beautifully, but when somethings not right, the whole vehicle can have issues. Think about how you can show love for others this week. Think about how that can change everything.
