FAITH PRODUCES WORKS 
The principles of prayer found in these passages of Scripture apply throughout the Old and New Testaments.

Study the Word: The writer of Hebrews gives a clear definition of faith and provides the reader with examples of the faith of God’s people, often in the face of seemingly impossible situations.

Key Truth: Faith is being confident that what God says will come to pass (Hebrews 11:1-3).  We do not trust ourselves or our possessions or connections; we are confident only in and through our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Key Truth:  True faith results in action (Hebrews 11:4-40).  Walk through the Bible's "Hall of Faith" to see real-life examples of faith and what believers have done because of it.  You'll find some surprising accounts of God's people and encouragement to act in faith in your own circumstances.
